General Policies

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to ElKasr within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • All returned products must be unused, with original tags and labels, and returned in their original box and packaging, accompanied by the original invoice.

  • Returns within 14 days: Eligible for a full refund.
  • After 14 days: Returns are accepted based on the raw material prices at that time.

Diamond Policy

  • Returns within 14 days: Eligible for a refund at the original purchase price.
  • After 14 days: Customers may return items but will incur a 15% restocking fee if raw material prices have remained stable.

Excluded Items

Your safety and hygiene are our top priorities. To ensure the highest standards, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Pierced jewelry: Returns are not permitted if the seal has been tampered with or broken.

Fair Use Policy

In order to maintain fair practices, we monitor return activity. If we detect unusual patterns, we may suspend your account and any associated accounts. Scenarios that may trigger this action include:

  • Suspected wear of items before return.
  • Frequent orders and returns.
  • Returning items that do not match the original order.

If you believe an error has occurred, please contact our Customer Service, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

Important: We reserve the right to take legal action if returned items do not match what was originally ordered.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for any items. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your unwanted items and place a new order.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please return it to us promptly to resolve the issue. Follow the return process outlined above and select “Faulty” as the reason for your return.

Please Note: All returned items will be inspected. If any wear and tear is identified instead of a genuine fault, a refund will not be processed.
